Thrivefull helps fulfill the ongoing daily lifestyle needs of independent seniors and their caregivers through a curated, live-person-supported ecosystem. Thrivefull is not a home health or an assisted living service. We do not provide any clinical care services.

Thrivefull offers a personalized concierge service, via our Copilots, to help Thrivers plan and coordinate their day-to-day lifestyle activities.

Copilot // <noun> a qualified pilot who assists or relieves the pilot but is not in command. A Thrivefull Copilot is a trusted adviser dedicated to the Thriver experience. They’re available, whenever you need support navigating the Thrivefull marketplace in more cases than not, your copilot will be dedicated to a specific community of Thrivers.

Yes! We will assign a primary Copilot to you and your family during onboarding. However, please note that your primary Copilot will be responsible for other Thrivers as well and may not be available every time you call. Don’t worry though, we will always have one of the Copilots available to help with your needs during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

As often as you’d like! Your primary Copilot will organize weekly planning calls with you to understand your service needs for the coming week and to get your feedback on activities completed. You can also call our Copilot team anytime during the week, and if you can’t get a hold of your primary Copilot, it means that they are either processing your service requests or supporting your fellow Thrivers in the community. Your primary Copilot will always try and return your calls on the same day. You can also request services 24*7 using the Thrivefull app or use the chat functionality for afterhours coverage

Absolutely! Up to two senior members in a household can share the services of their Copilot.

No worries! Our service is designed around what is most comfortable, including phone and text.

Yes. We believe, whenever possible, family members / caregivers should be able to engage with Thrivefull services. We have designed a dedicated caregiver features which keeps you informed of your loved one’s activities, and you may even be able to request select services on behalf of your family members.

No. At this stage Thrivefull does not offer home healthcare referrals or care navigation services. In future, we will launch partnerships to provide these services.

You can use as many services, as many times as you like!

Yes! Our Thriver and apps will be compatible with Apple and Android devices.

Yes, you can track the status of your request in the app, and you can also set up text updates for certain third-party services

No, please call 911 during an emergency. Please note that Thrivefull is not an emergency response service.

No. Your Copilot is not available to serve as your emergency contact.

Yes, Thrivefull can be accessed 24*7 using the member or caregiver app, however, you can only speak with the Copilot team during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
